We are a  hip neighbourhood gem located on the Harborne High Street
and a shining star on the local dining scene.

Famous for our down-to-earth gastro menu and edgy décor, The Plough in Harborne has a villagey vibe right in the centre of Birmingham and the crowd is a mix of professionals, music-lovers, ale enthusiasts and young families. Well behaved children are welcome.

We get very busy and it is advisable to book a table. We reserve 30 covers a day and then we operate a first come first serve basis for sitting people. Tables do turn over and we generally find you a table if you are prepared to wait at the bar until one becomes free.

Filled with mirrors and antler chandeliers, we are renowned for our homemade stone-baked pizzas and silky flat whites, and our garden is an ideal spot for lazy Sundays. Our menu includes crowd favourites such as our fantastic chargrilled burgers and daily specials from risottos to stews.

Have a look through the site & if you're happy with what you see, or just intrigued into what we do, our doors are always open to old & new friends & may we welcome you
to the finest pub in Harborne Village!

Working with the Community

Every year, we help local charities and events, by donating what we can,
whether it's raffle prizes or profit from our 'infamous fish finger sandwich' sales.
This year, we have worked closely with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity
and have received the 'Charity Supporter of the Year Award',
something we are very proud of indeed!
